When is the offer available?

Who can enter the promotion?

Claims are only open to Australian (excluding NT) residents who are 18 years and over.  

The site isn’t loading, what should I do?

So you’ve followed the instructions leading you to the website and the site isn’t loading? Well, there a few things you can try. First, check your device is properly connected to the internet. If you are connected to WIFI, try disconnecting and reloading the site on 4/5G or loading a different webpage to make sure your internet connection is stable. If internet connection isn’t the issue, try clearing the browsing history on your device and open the promotional page in a new tab, preferably a new private tab or new browser. This will ensure there are no other conflicting browser settings interrupting the promotion.

I can’t find my confirmation email, what should I do?

Occasionally our confirmation emails end up in Junk or Spam folders depending on your Inbox settings. If you’re still not able to find your confirmation, please reach out to our customer team at [email protected]

What are you doing with my data?

We collect it so we can stay in touch with you after the promotion with any news or offers. You can opt-out at any time though.

How do I enter the promotion?

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

  1. purchase any Kirin Hyoketsu 4-Pack (‘Participating Product’), to share, from any store within Australia (excluding NT) which sells the Participating Product ("Participating Venues"); and 
  2. visit HyoketsuCashBack.com.au, follow the prompts to the Promotion claim page; and fully complete and submit the online claim form with their personal details (first name, last name, email address, mobile number and full address), the retailer where the Participating Product was purchased, the exact Participating Product purchased (including flavour details), upload a scanned copy or photo of the receipt for the qualifying transaction and (optional) select the tick box to consent to receipt of marketing from the Promoter. 

Proof of Purchase: The claimant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is an original receipt for the qualifying transaction. 

Please note: Order confirmations are not valid proof of purchase receipts and will not be accepted. 

Only the first 1500 valid claims received each week of the Promotional Period will be awarded the Cash Back Reward outlined below. 

What is the prize?

Cash Back Reward Details  Number of Cash Back Rewards  Value (per Cash Back Reward) 
If a claimant submits a valid claim, the cash back they receive is a refund of the price of the Participating Product purchased up to the maximum of $26 (including GST). The exact amount refunded is based on the amount specified on the copy of the purchase receipt provided (rounded up where applicable). 

 

The cash back will be awarded in the form of a Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard® (‘Cash Back Reward’).

How will I know if the allocation has reached capacity for the week? 

Once the promotion reaches it’s 1,500 weekly entry capacity, the below message will appear on consumers screens notifying them that this weeks allocation has been exhausted. As each entry is legally validated, the webpage will fluctuate between being open/closed, as if an entry is rejected the site will open back up again for a entrants to claim.

When does it reset? 

The Kirin Hyoketsu cash back will manually close each Sunday evening at 11:59pm, ready for a 12:00am reset for the following weeks worth of entrants. 

Can I buy Kirin Hyoketsu one week, and redeem in a subsequent week when the claims cap hasn’t been reached? 

Absolutely! As long as consumers make a valid purchase within the purchase period, they can claim at any point during the promotional period. 

Are there any special conditions to my prize?

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard are not included. The digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard is valid for 12 months from issue. At expiry of the Digital Vault Pays-enabled Mastercard any unused balance will be forfeited. Eligible Customers will not receive notice prior to expiry. Card expiry and balance can be found on your mobile device in their digital wallet.
